Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications
- Support virtual environments built on Microsoft's Hyper-V and VMware.
- Design, implementation and support for Microsoft Hyper-V clustering and high availability
- Design, Implementation and Support for Direct Attched, iSCSI, SAN and NAS storage
- Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.
- Implement system solutions for clients using technologies that meet their needs
- Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions. Storagecraft or Unitrends experience a plus.
- Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and system security, etc. a plus
- RDS implementation and support using VPN
- Server support including Active Directory and Group Policy
- Providing Level I and II escalation and support for other team members
- Use of Solar Winds Service Desk for ticketing, communication, change management and Asset Control
- System documentation and consulting services to include system reviews and recommendations. Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for entering all time and expenses in internal billing system in a timely manner
- Work through project tickets and phases in RMM as assigned by our Service Desk Manager
- Proactively communicate with clients and management on all aspects of work, projects, issues, outages, etc.

Pay: $65,500.00 - $86,000.00 per year

License/Certification:
