As a training project manager on our team, you’ll manage a team of trainers that deliver in-person instruction for our client, foreign partners, and a fabrication team that produces various training related devices for use by the client. You’ll share your extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including the vast Booz Allen collaboration network.

You Have:
15+ years of experience with the military as a Maneuver, Fires, Maneuver Support, or Special Operations professional
Experience with training program development, strategy, and guidance at battalion or above level
Experience as an Army trainer
Experience leading a team of 12+ people and interfacing daily with client staff, including developing and briefing client products
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to forecast and manage team budget for direct costs based on client requirements, including labor and travel
Ability to engage with leaders at the senior-most levels on operational and tactical matters
Ability to collaborate across teams to promote efficiencies and advance client priorities
Secret clearance
Associate’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming warfighting training
Experience with Counter Explosive Hazards (C-EH) and C-sUAS training or operations
Experience supporting bilateral or multinational partner nation engagements
Experience as an Observer-Controller-Trainer (OC/T)
Knowledge of EH or C-sUAS equipment and integration into operations
Knowledge of Cyberspace Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) as a process to enable operations
Ability to travel in support of client requirements
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree
PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
