As a Mobile Expert at Metro by T-Mobile, you will be the face of our brand and the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service while advising customers on the products and services that best meet their needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide an outstanding customer experience by effectively addressing customer inquiries and needs in a friendly manner.
- Have a thorough knowledge of Metro by T-Mobile’s range of products and services to offer appropriate solutions.
- Conduct demonstrations of devices and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Assist customers with service activation, device setup, and technical issue resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the store is well-presented and products are displayed effectively.
- Participate in promoting special offers and events, driving sales and customer engagement.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on the latest mobile device trends.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
