Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is looking to hire a Senior Quality Auditor to support our Troy, AL site.
As the Quality Auditor Senior, you will be responsible for evaluating quality process and system standards to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory, and industry.
What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities will include, but are not limitied to:
• Performs and reports on internal and external audits, system, product, and process conformity, pre-audits, and special audits.
• Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring quality system process discrepancies.
• Interfaces, as needed, with manufacturing, engineering, customer, and supply chain representatives to ensure quality system processes are met and recommend corrective actions.
• Interfaces with DCMA. Coordinates responses to Government Corrective Action Requests (GCAR) by ensuring thorough root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Maintains a database of observation results, analyzes data, and prepares regular summary reports for the leadership team.
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers, and programs/sites.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering,
manufacturing or equivalent experience/combined
education, with related work experience.
Experience performing audits / assessments for compliance to internal or AS9100 standards.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in generating metrics, analyzing and interpreting data, preparing summary reports for executive leaders
Experience with investigation of problems and developing dispositions and corrective actions
Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance (not required to start)
U.S. Citizenship required.
Desired Skills:Engineering Degree.
Certified AS9100 Lead Auditor
Experience working with DCMA or other Government customers
Experience performing and reporting on (1) internal and external audits, (2) system, product and (3) process conformity
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Must be able to manage multiple priorities
Superb customer service and collaboration skills
Ability to influence without direct authority

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
