Description: You will be a Financial Analyst Staff member for the Advanced Programs Line of Business at Missiles & Fire Control. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting the growth of our business through strategic financial planning and analysis.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial support to both the LM Energy and Tactical Missiles AP (TMAP) Program Areas, ensuring the financial health and success of our programs. You will also play a key role in providing 1LMX support to TMAP and Energy for Rate Conversions and other 1LMX efforts.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Providing financial planning and analysis support to program managers and leadership
• Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and program success
• Supporting 1LMX efforts, including Rate Conversions and other initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in DoD Program Finance
- Experience with managing Earned Value contracts
- Experience with Program Baseline Reviews
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker and self-starter
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

- Experience giving management-level presentations

- Experience with CSR and LRP preparation

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
