Job Summary
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Electric/Mechanical Foreman to lead and manage our electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotics, and manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven history of success in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of skilled electricians, mechanics, PLC technicians, robotics technicians, and users of CMMS and Microsoft programs.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotic, manufacturing equipment, and SAP/Microsoft program systems, including motors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial robotics, PLC programming, CMMS/Microsoft program applications, and various manufacturing equipment.
- Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance and installation projects related to electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotics, and SAP/Microsoft systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues within electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotic, and SAP/Microsoft program systems.
- Read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and safety protocols, while maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Track and manage maintenance budgets.
- Implement and supervise a thorough preventive maintenance program for electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotics, and manufacturing equipment, and document activities in CMMS and Microsoft systems.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to equipment failures and emergencies.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, along with 5 years of experience in robotic systems, PLC programming, CMMS/Microsoft program applications, and manufacturing equipment.
- Five years of experience supervising teams and managing projects.
- Valid electrician's license, OSHA certification, and other relevant certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motors, pumps, PLC controls, ESD and clean room procedures.
- Expertise with troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Experience implementing and managing maintenance schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Salary Range (as required): $37-$40 an hour
