Job Description
NBCUniversal is looking for an Office Coordinator of studio, grounds and building operations to join our studio management team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will be supporting the Facilities Leader who is responsible for overseeing general facility operations consisting of 40+ acres including soundstages, production offices, administrative offices, warehouse, mill buildings, along with food & beverage operations.
You will work closely with site leadership in providing the highest level of customer service to the employees, clients, and guests on the property.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones, greet visitors/vendors, take and deliver messages
- Keep calendars current, schedule meetings, coordinate travel schedules, confirm appointments, and prepare reports of various types
- Escort guests and visitors in and around the studio as needed from time to time
- Process vendor and visitor access requests/passes in collaboration with Security as needed.
- Interface with on-site workers, vendors, and clients
- Vendor relationship support and coordination including scheduling and billing
- Support general mail and package functions, both inbound and outbound.
- Manage ad-hoc requests to maintain a professional administrative operation with top tier customer service

What You Must Have…
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of prior experience in relevant capacity
