We are looking for a resourceful, self-motivated Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions. You'll focus on architecture, automation, DevOps, and integration projects that directly enhance our operations. This role is based in our New York City office. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Visualforce and Lightning components
- Implement and optimize Apex Triggers, Queueable Apex, Future Apex, and Apex Test Classes
- Refactor legacy code and improve test coverage for better system reliability
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX (SF DX) and Git version control
- Integrate external tools and systems with Salesforce, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to manage large-scale data imports and exports
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across platforms
- Identify and recommend enhancements to improve performance, efficiency, and reporting capabilities
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality development
- Mentor and support junior developers in their growth and development
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX
- Familiarity with REST & SOAP APIs for seamless integrations
- Open source development, with a preference for web application development
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools to support agile workflows
- Solid programming skills in JavaScript
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $180,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
