Position Overview:
- As a Territory Sales Representative at Apex Precision Sales, LLC, you will be responsible for managing and growing your assigned territory, maximizing sales opportunities within the existing customer base, and acquiring new customers. This role combines relationship-building with strategic sales efforts to drive Verizon Wireless product and service sales within the residential market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Work your assigned territory effectively, prioritizing areas of high potential to meet and exceed sales targets.Customer.
- Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers, providing product education and identifying opportunities for service upgrades or cross-selling.
- New Customer Acquisition: Proactively prospect new customers in your territory to expand the customer base. Leverage lead generation tools, referrals, and community engagement to identify new sales opportunities.
- Sales Generation: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by actively selling Verizon Wireless products, including cellular and internet devices, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Solution-Oriented Sales: Understand customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions, emphasizing the value of Verizon Wireless products and services.
- Customer Support and Retention: Address any issues or questions from existing customers, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about competitors and market trends within the assigned territory to strategically position Verizon’s products and services. Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets using CRM tools and other sales software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in wireless, telecommunications, or technology.
- Strong ability to prospect and generate new business while nurturing existing relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
