We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Corporate Greeter to join our innovative and passionate team.
Pay: $42,000 annually
Location: 3940 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60613
Responsibilities:
Greet all guests entering lobby
Maintain Daily Visitor Log/issuing Visitor Badge
Answer and direct calls on multi-line switchboard
Set-up and clean-up conference rooms
Receive, record and craft documents for daily pick-up
(i.e. Fed-Ex, UPS)
Assist with sorting and mail delivery
Requires multi-tasking ability
Participate as support staff for company events and functions
Requirements:

Excellent disposition, mindset, communication skills and work ethic
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
