BGS Government Services is seeking a Business Integrator supporting the US Army/Special Ops Sr. Director in either Philadelphia, PA or STL, MO.
This role will provide primary executive assistant interface with leadership by leading and integrating aspects of the leadership team's operations and deliverables, including Operating Rhythm, Org Optimization/Metrics, Performance Metrics/KPI’s, Lean/productivity & Optimization, integrated data solutions, process improvements, and Program Management Best Practices.Additionally, the role will ensure clear communication up, down, and across the organization on important topics, integrate with BGS and BDS programs and functions as required to accomplish all business unit goals, and model the culture of Boeing Global Services as agile and lean, while being deeply committed to the customer and compliance.
The role acquires resources for organizational activities and leads process improvements, monitors business unit work statement to support planning and execution, aligns and integrates management system architecture across programs and business units, and champions change, being intentional and purposeful in communicating a services-first approach. Furthermore, the role evaluates and ensures Program Management Best Practices are integrated into the team's operating rhythm.
To be successful in this position, the selected candidate must able to support multiple functions at the executive level, have an agile mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a positive and flexible attitude. Progressive outlook, problem solving abilities, and strong Seek, Speak and Listen behaviors will be required. Occasional travel may also be required.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support in the development and execution of strategy, communications, and operating rhythm for US Army/Special Ops team in Government Services
- Collaborates with Program Management team on strategic discussions within SBC, LRBP, and data analysis
- Facilitates communication and collaborative efforts between BGS Business Operations, BGS Program Management, BDS Program Management, Boeing Functional partners and customers to meet joint objectives
- Ensures organizational alignment with Boeing processes, Program Management Best Practices, and compliance requirements
- Supports Leader in various meetings (both internal and external) to ensure that meetings are running efficiently and to ensure that meeting actions are tracked through to completion
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
- Works directly with Leader and leadership team to storyboard program health, blockers and requirements being presented to Senior Executives of BGS Government Services Program Management on a monthly basis
- Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies
- Strong time management, collaboration, decision-making, and leadership strengths in written and verbal communications
- Leads the analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of the management system
- Leads special projects and ensures coordination, implementation, and execution are successful on behalf of leadership
- Fosters effective working relationships with Program leadership, functional partners, customer counterparts and is embedded into the business
This position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform hybrid schedule 3 days in office at either the Philadelphia, PA or STL, MO Sites. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Highly flexible, adaptable, and resilient
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills
- 3+ years’ experience leading team in a formal and/or informal role
- 3+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- 3+ years’ experience managing in ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations
- 3+ years’ experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Exposure to executive leadership and preparing presentation materials for executive levels
Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Experience working directly with executives leadership
- Experience developing and / or reporting metrics & KPI’s
- Experience with digital transformation – embracing and promoting a technology focused, digital environment that enables efficient metrics-driven operating model
- Ability to manage diversity of complex topics review
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Master’s and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or 14 years work experience.)

Summary pay range: 107,950 – 146,050
