What does a successful Director Enterprise Product Marketing do at Fiserv?
You will oversee and deliver impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives across our Gift Solutions and enterprise solutions within the Merchant Solutions organization. You will be tasked with deeply understanding the state of your business, developing an annual strategy, executing go-to-market plans, customer engagement initiatives and measuring your winning results. You will accomplish this in partnership with key stakeholders across the organization, executional support from the Centers of Excellence, and agency support in several key areas.
What you will do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the Gift and Enterprise Solutions
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for new products and existing solutions that drive customer acquisition, productivity, retention, and engagement
Collaborate with product leadership, sales, operations, and finance to identify market opportunities and optimize go-to-market strategies
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions and drive innovation
Partner with a high performing cross-functional team that consistently delivers best-in-class results
Report on performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data driven insights
Build strong relationships across the organization to enhance overall outcomes
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or a related field
9+ years of product marketing experience
Business to consumer (B2C) experience and business to business (B2B) experience
