The Line Maintenance performs preventative and corrective maintenance on complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment used in production lines, including troubleshooting malfunctions, replacing parts, calibrating systems, and ensuring optimal machine uptime, all while adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required
• Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, vacuum technology, pneumatic systems, and basic electronics.
• Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues using analytical thinking and problem-solving techniques.
• Mechanical aptitude: Comfort with hands-on maintenance tasks involving tools and equipment.
• Computer literacy: Familiarity with computer-aided maintenance systems and data entry.
• Attention to detail: Ability to follow precise procedures and maintain high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Preventative maintenance: Following scheduled maintenance plans to clean, inspect, and lubricate equipment components to prevent breakdowns.
Corrective maintenance: Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions by analyzing error codes, utilizing technical manuals, and replacing faulty parts.
Troubleshooting: Identifying root causes of equipment issues through systematic analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
Calibration checks: Regularly verifying the accuracy of critical machine parameters using specialized calibration tools.
Parts management: Ordering and managing spare parts inventory to ensure timely repairs.
Data analysis: Monitoring machine performance metrics to identify potential issues and optimize equipment efficiency.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed repair logs, documenting maintenance activities, and reporting issues to relevant stakeholders. Safety compliance: Adhering to all safety procedures, wearing required personal protective equipment, and reporting hazards promptly
• Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
• Handle heavy workload of calls
• Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
• Manage workload and job scheduling
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
• Keep manager informed of customer feedback
• Communicate effectively and promptly
• Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
• Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
• When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
• Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
