Job Description:
A leader in power infrastructure and construction, is seeking a Microsoft O365 and SharePoint Analyst to join our team. This position is responsible for managing O365 services, SharePoint Online, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders and driving business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, distribution groups, and O365 groups using Exchange, Azure, and the O365 admin center.
- Support and implement Multifactor Authentication (MFA) across the organization.
- Execute SharePoint PowerShell scripts and handle unique permissions for confidential data.
- Develop and improve SharePoint workflows and forms using Power Automate.
- Architect and optimize the company’s Intranet and internal department sites in SharePoint Online.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to analyze, document, and refine business processes.
- Deliver training sessions and create support documentation (e.g., How-to guides, QRCs).
- Design and maintain SharePoint sites for internal teams and external clients.
- Create visually engaging dashboards using Power BI.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams for project communication and collaboration.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in O365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting, Azure, Teams, and SharePoint architecture.
- Experience with Sharegate, migration tools, and Nintex Workflows/InfoPath Forms.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in hosting training sessions and developing documentation.
