Our Growth Technology and Operations team is looking for a data-driven Marketing Program Manager to help enable the success of our Marketing programs. The marketing projects you'll own will help our business scale by driving business metrics. This role is a unique opportunity to help develop plans for testing into our newest marketing technologies, and establish processes and workflows that can scale across all verticals and shape how the Marketing organization makes strategy a reality. You'll partner closely with marketing and product leadership on goal setting, roadmap execution, project reporting, risk management, and team productivity You'll be responsible for ensuring alignment across many cross functional teams including Growth Marketing, Creative, Growth Technology, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Research, Member Support, Legal and others to support the successful execution of integrated marketing efforts. We are seeking people who are hungry to learn, thrive in ambiguity and are passionate about taking action in order to get things done quickly and efficiently. You are detail oriented and organized. You proactively look for areas to provide value, and never let little things drop. You excel at building relationships, establishing good communication channels, streamlining processes, and eliminating ambiguity from goals and project plans.
What You'll Do:
- Provide leadership, partnership, and coordination to multiple concurrent programs and projects that span across many teams and departments.
- Engage and influence stakeholders to ensure teams work together in creating challenging objectives. Create timelines to ensure realistic execution.
- Increase collaboration and communication across functions and improve visibility into cross-team dependencies. Anticipate change and own the tracking and coordination.
- Develop best practices that provide benefits across our different business units and serve as templates of marketing success across the organization.
- Identify, own, escalate and communicate risk in projects/programs early and proactively work to mitigate and resolve.
- Drive go-to-market execution planning activities that span across multiple teams. Must be able to operationalize the GTM strategy and connect strategy to pragmatic thinking.
- Identify root causes to ongoing issues, Implement new efficient processes and make high-value improvements to existing processes that impact multiple teams
- 5+ years of project management experience working with marketing, product, or engineering teams in a cross-functional, collaborative capacity (preferably at a tech company).
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Experience managing multiple projects across multiple teams with a variety of individuals (at least 3 teams and 20 individuals).
- Experience developing templates, processes, and workflows with a passion for systems and processes that are effective and run efficiently.
- Comfortable with ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Self starter with a bias towards taking action to get the job done.
- Critical and data driven thinker who will challenge that we are doing things right.
- Excellent communication, coaching and organization skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Actively seeks feedback always looking to improve - someone with a growth mindset
- Knows various frameworks such as agile, scrum, kanban, etc. and the most effective implementation for various circumstances

Pay Transparency Notice: Credit Karma's mission of championing financial progress for all starts from within. That's why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It's all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary for this role is $178,000, plus equity and benefits.
