Cellular Retail Sales - Phoenix
Metro by T-Mobile
Looking for individual with previous cellular phone sales experience. Prefer the individual to have previous Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket, Verizon, Boost.
We are in need of a team member to work our location in Phoenix Thunderbird and 35th Avenue.
Hours per week will be 36-40 Hrs
We offer bonus compensation based on productivity of the store.
We have flexible scheduling.
The starting wage for this position is $14.80/hr. Bonus compensation is available
Job Summary
- Opening and/closing the store
- Providing product information to customers and helping them find the right solution for their needs
- Sales and selling phone plans that suit customers’ needs
- Interacting with Managers from retail partners of T-Mobile
- Installing purchased accessories, especially the Invisible Shield, on customers' devices
- Performing inventory counts
- Learning about new products coming to market (weekly changes)
- Reporting to the store manager and owners about your productivity, accomplishments, and areas for improvement and welcome suggestions.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma
· Great Customer Oriented skill
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
· 1 year Retail sales experience is required, prefer employee who has previous cellular Retail Sales experience.
· Possesses excellent customer service skills
· Ability to be on time to work
· Reliable Transportation
· Ability to work independently and as a team member
· Ability to learn quickly and apply learning to work
