Quality Control Specialist
Key Role:
Work with engineering and prototype fabrication divisions to establish and administer a quality control program. Inspect parts, audit in-process parts, participate in design for manufacturing reviews, provide engineering feedback, document issues, and support the corrective action resolution process. Expand upon experience in process improvement and metrics analysis to document and solve system and process deficiencies.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance or Process Improvement
- Experience with gage calibration and geometric dimensioning and tolerance
- Experience coordinating #D scanning tools such as measuring machines
- Ability to lead Quality Control in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to conduct unbiased assessments of specific processes, products, and procedures
- Ability to collaborate with different teams across various functional areas, including leadership
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with best practices, metrics, reports, lessons learned, and process improvements
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance activities
- Possession of excellent creativity, problem-solving, analytical, and logical reporting skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
