We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level B2B Sales Associate to join our sales team. This is a business-to-business sales position where you will be an Account Manager for our TMO Campaign. If you have done sales in the past in any industry you may be a fit in ours because we do provide extensive training to learn the telecom industry and our sales systems.
**this is not an IT or software or technical position
Responsibilities:
- Engage with small businesses to understand their communication needs and offer tailored T-Mobile solutions
- Present and sell T-Mobile 5G internet, business phone and plans, and other services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of T-Mobile's business services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies
- Generate and manage business leads
- Learn marketing systems and psychology
- Other services offered: DirecTV packages and Staples, Quill.com office supplies
Requirements:
- Prior Sales Experience is a **MUST**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for face to face sales, marketing, and business
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Full-Time Applicant ONLY
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be allowed to work in the US
- Must have your own car for reliable transportation and business appointments
- Must reside in the DMV area
