Location: Readiness to work from our current location at 39 Farbiarska Street in Warsaw till the 2nd quarter of 2025, when we are opening our new facility at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany.

The Role
In a matrix organization and in a growing environment with important industrialization and development projects, you will manage the Operations Financial Planning and Analysis. You will primarily support the site leadership team in monitoring the financial objectives and improve the performance, as well as the project teams to track expenses and assets.
Your financial knowledge and experience will help our organization in maintaining the appropriate analytical structure to track costs and margins, as well as reinforcing our processes. This role requires the ability to work on problems of diverse scope, prioritizing them as needed to support business needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized. It also requires some collaboration and communication across multiple Markem-Imaje sites.
What you will do:
- Coordinate the OPEX and CAPEX budget and forecast process. Collect, analyze, and synthetize the data from associated departments and produce the required documents and bridges in the respect of procedures and instructions.
- Monitor month-end and year-end closing processes. Reconcile accounting with reporting information, track accruals, review inventory depreciation, …
- Analyze the performance and contribute to its improvement. Check consistency of capacity versus workload, track variances between actuals and budgets / standards, ensure appropriate corrective action plans are in place.
- Put in place and/or improve appropriate reporting tools, key Performance Indicators and related process and procedures.
- Participate to global FI / CO projects to improve margins analysis and more generally financial systems robustness.
- Ad-hoc requests from finance or operations, as needed.

What you need to have:
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
- Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
- SAP CO/FI, Power BI experience as a plus
- Strong time management skills
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
- Polish and English skills are required.
