Job Description
Zakres obowiązków:
przetwarzanie dokumentacji i ewidencja rachunków klientów;
sprawdzanie dokumentów klientów w celu zapewnienia zgodności z regulacjami;
rozwiązywanie rozbieżności na kontach klientów
prowadzenie rejestru wszystkich dokumentów
tworzenie i wypełnianie raportów
odpowiadania na zapytania klientów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych (głównie mailowo);
Wymagania:
Znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację ze współpracownikami i przełożonymi (B2);
Dokładność i dbałość o szczegóły podczas pracy z dokumentacją i danymi;
Analityczne podejście do problemów;
Zdolności negocjacyjne i interpersonalne;
Entuzjazm i chęć do nauki;
Efektywne zarządzanie czasem w celu zapewnienia terminowej realizacji powierzonych zadań.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: zł61,030.00 - zł71,800.00 - zł78,980.00
