The Company:
MoFi is a nonprofit lender with a mission to provide financing and consulting that transforms lives and communities. Our goal is to provide equitable access to capital for all.
MoFi is a business lender for the poor, underserved, and historically marginalized. Every day we work with entrepreneurs who lack equity, assets, or prior business experience and are turned away from banks. From our thirty years of lending experience, we also know that equity, assets, and prior business experience aren’t needed to build a successful business and repay a business loan.
Each MoFi client gets a loan package that includes free, comprehensive training to help them build a safety net to weather unforeseen challenges. MoFi also offers a unique assistance program, The Path to Bankability, to help all clients achieve financial sustainability, and, ultimately, qualify for bank financing. Our training programs allow underserved small business owners to enter the financial mainstream, building a more prosperous future for themselves, their families, and their communities along the way.
Our work spans 37 years and the Rocky Mountain West. Our team is committed to equity, impact, and excellence. We offer a progressive, fun, team-driven environment with a focus on social impact as well as financial outcomes. We are a fast-paced organization with a culture that fosters teamwork and embraces an all-hands-on-deck mentality. MoFi offers competitive pay, clear ladders for growth, professional development opportunities, great benefits, and a chance to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
