We are seeking an experienced Operations Amazon Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing daily Amazon operations, ensuring our account is running smoothly, and addressing any operational issues to maintain optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize Amazon listings to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Create and manage support tickets to address any operational issues with Amazon
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain as needed
- Ensure 100% operational flow on Amazon, resolving any issues promptly
- Generate and submit weekly reports on Amazon account performance and inventory status
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon operations, preferably within e-commerce or the supplement industry
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and operational best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a part-time schedule
