We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. All Amazon loads
Duties
- Must rent or own 26-foot box truck with lift gate.
- Load and unload freight as necessary, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport.
- Plan and execute efficient route driving to meet delivery schedules while maintaining compliance with traffic regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Must have own Box Truck with liftgate pallet jack and straps
- Valid Driver's License
- Subject to criminal background check
- Experience with load unloading procedures and equipment.
- Familiarity Loading and Unloading
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading/unloading processes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
