Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
- Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote products and services.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts effectively and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in sales management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required; fluency in English is also essential.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and product knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
