Ramco Logistics Solutions, LLC is an Authorized Delivery Service Partner delivering packages for Amazon in San Antonio, TX. We are currently seeking safe, motivated, and result-driven Delivery Associates to join our team.
Our Delivery associates will be delivering packages to customers for the largest and most recognized e-commerce company in the world, Amazon.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass 5-panel drug test
- Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.)
- Able to use a smartphone and have a reliable means of communication
- Able to climb in and out of a cargo van for 10 hours a day
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends when asked (Saturday & Sunday)
The position:
You’ll be delivering packages to residential and business customers in a safe and effective manner for one of the world’s most iconic brands. You’ll be provided the latest mobile technology, brand new state of the art Amazon branded delivery vans, uniforms, and a support team to assist you in being successful.
Pay and Benefits:
- Get paid every day with Tapcheck on-demand pay.
- Starting pay is $17-$19/hour and overtime will be available only upon company request. After first day of employment, you’ll earn Paid Time Off and be eligible for our Health, Vision, Dental and Tuition reimbursement benefits. We offer weekly and monthly performance based incentives! Direct Deposit is available.
Schedule:
All delivery associate daily routes begin in the morning and they are completed in 8-9 hour shifts. Full time employees will likely complete their weekly hours in 4 to 5 days work depending on the demand of deliveries.
Full time delivery associates will have a rotating schedule of 4 to 5 work days but will required to work at least one weekend day every other week. You will have a lunch break and two 15 minute breaks.
