About This Position
As a Customer Service Representative at Innovative Media Services, you will be at the forefront of our client success and relationship management efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with clients to answer questions and resolve challenges
- Keep track of client's services and ongoing developments
- Monitor the growth of client initiatives and provide periodic updates on metrics to the clients
- Inputting data, notes, and other information into the CRM
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed client and company goals
- Work in tandem with the management team to ensure satisfaction of all clients
- Following up on inquiries and outstanding items

Qualifications / Expectations
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience required
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Gmail, Zoho, and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines required
- Ability to establish positive rapport with customers and clients
