Maricopa FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Position. Expect to organize & safely move up to 150 lb. packages, collect signatures, and keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
Crockett Express Services, Inc. is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground. Delivery service provider for over 13 years.
Position: Rural and city delivery areas in Maricopa.
FedEx Station is in CHANDLER, Arizona.
PART TIME TO START 2-3 days per week with the possibility of full time in the future – Start in AM.
INCLUDES SATURDAY AND SUNDAY weekend work in regular schedule to start.

Compensation:
Training Pay starts at $160 per day.
Daily pay of $180 once acclimated to the full job duties.
Weekly direct deposit.

Excellent communication and organizational skills needed. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with Maricopa rural roads, local streets and neighborhoods is a plus! Highly responsible & reliable employees please apply.
What to Expect: This is not an easy job. Only serious inquiries apply!
- You must drive safely, obey the traffic laws, and respect the rights of other drivers.
- Navigating a large vehicle to correct addresses.
- Efficient and able to manage time alone, as well as in a team atmosphere.
- Must be physically fit and have strength to be able to shift & move up to 150-pound packages.
- Review and organize your deliveries on your truck before starting your route.
- City or Rural routes with dirt roads. MUST be able to read a map and have a good sense of direction and not depend on GPS navigation to tell you where to go.
- Delivery to businesses, homes, apartments, & gated communities.
- Workdays start in the morning at 8:00 am.
- Must complete a DOT pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection each workday.
- Each day all packages are to be attempted for that day.
- iPad with a mapping system is provided in all work vehicles.
- Weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications You Must Pass:
1. 10-year Background Check - NO Misdemeanors. NO DUI’s. NO Felonies.
2. Job-related driving experience and confidence is absolutely needed. Our team uses vehicles that are over 19,000 lbs., over 11 ft in height & 24 ft in total length.
3. Drug screen given for employment and random tests throughout. It doesn’t matter if you have a card to buy marijuana or if it is legal; you cannot use marijuana or other drugs & drive commercial vehicles.
4. Must be at least 21 years of age.
5. Current DOT physical medical card will be needed. CDL license is NOT needed for this position.
6. Motor Vehicle Record will be verified. MVR is also checked throughout employment.
7. Current Arizona Driver’s License.
8. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in English.
9. Road test & written test required.
