KBR is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT. An active SECRET clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) ICBM Mk21 Fuze MOD Program Office (PO) to coordinate nuclear weapon projects and their associated requirements detailed in Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Defense (DoD), and United States Air Force (USAF) directives, manuals and instructions.
- The Engineer is responsible for tasks and is accountable to the government for the technical quality, content, and results of all projects.
- Lead engineering tasks and projects for the Mk21 Fuze MOD PO, specifically the Weapon System Integration team with tasks including but not limited to MOTP (Minuteman Operational Targeting Program), FSTT (Fuze Safety Task Team), system and subsystem design reviews, TIMs (Technical Interchange Meetings), Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), and other related tasks.
- Assist the Air Force Program Office with requirements development, acquisitions documentation and program transition.
- Integrate ICBM program risks, schedules and milestones. Acquisition responsibilities also include coordination with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), update roadmap entries, and interface with various systems engineering reviews including Requirements Verification Board (RVB), Technical Evaluation Review Boards (TERB), etc.
- Apply experience or education to develop briefings, program plans, spreadsheets, and performance measures for technical programs in reaction to short suspense demands with minimal input from managers or customers.
- Conduct integrated engineering-level assessments, production, verification, validation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution processes over the life cycle of the ICBM program to identify and mitigate design, digital models, production, and test deficiencies that could impact mission assurance.
- Conduct reliability analyses, assessments, projects and tasks and coordinate with the design and production agent to meet Fuze MOD reliability requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related area with 12+ years’ experience, OR a Master's degree with 10+ years’ experience.
- DoD Secret Clearance.
Desired:
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related area.
- Familiarity with military technology, interface control documents, and technical data.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) commensurate with expected mid to senior level civilian and military participants from various US Government agencies.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong initiative and organize daily tasks with minimal or no supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Model Based system Engineering tools.
