KBR is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist the customer with developing engineering requirements in support of an advance reentry capabilities program.
- Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.
- Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation.
- Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages.
- Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings, as required.
- Guide and develop more junior engineering team members.

Required Qualifications:
- BS degree with 7 years of experience, or an MS degree with 5 years of progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems/processes.
- 2 years' experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.
- Ability to obtain Secret (or higher) security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as an aerospace/mechanical engineer on a missile system or complex weapon system (especially ACAT I program or ICBM-related experience).
- Knowledge or previous experience with Air Force Operations and acquisition programs.
- Previous experience with military weapon systems.
- Active Secret clearance
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $103,590 - $176,130. This range is for the Utah area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
