Job Summary
The Director CGS Partner Strategy and Enablement reports to the Sr Director, Federal Strategic Product Portfolio. He/She plays a critical role in helping drive the BU’s growth and will be responsible for assisting leadership team in developing and implementing strategic partner roadmap. They will focus on prioritization of relationships, overseeing onboarding process and assist vendor management, procurement, legal and Ops in analyzing and managing overall partner effectiveness. The Director will lead the relationship management of Public Sector's largest and most important Vendors and manage the overall end-to-end relationship with these partners. This includes P&L and the operations of the BU throughout the lifecycle (quoting, installation, service and billing). He/She will closely partner with leadership of the cross-functional teams responsible for these functions on a day-to-day basis. The Director will have overall responsibility of using data / KPIs to help manage internal and external operations performance. This will involve setting targets, measuring achievement of targets, deep dives into issues and addressing them.

Designs and manages programs that address/respond to competitive actions or potential partners inquiries, evaluating business unit and Comcast Government Services objectives with internal investment, partnership opportunities and/or concluding partnership deals.
Maintains and manages the Public Sector partner portfolio with the objective of maximizing resources and driving sustainable revenue models.
Responsible for complex and varied financial, economic, competitive and other studies that strategically position products, services, and businesses within markets and industry sectors.
Thought-leader and influencer of strategic plans, agreements and competitive response.
Presents strategic insights and implications (opportunities/threats) for Company in report summaries and in roundtable discussions with top management.
Serves as corporate or business unit representative in dealings with legal and with partners on company strategic plans, response, and agreements.
Partners with Legal and Procurement Departments to negotiate deals and revenue sharing agreements and respond to any business threats.
Helps manages department priorities and serves as liaison to industry associations.
Manages, develops and motivates team members to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
