Join a dynamic, team-based material organization supporting production for some of the most advanced aerospace systems. As a Manufacturing Planner Senior, you will be at the forefront of material planning and management, driving efficiency and ensuring production success. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, program teams, and procurement to meet critical customer requirements.
What You Will Be Doing•
Production Control: Manage production processes from work order creation to product shipment.
•
Material Collaboration: Partner with program and manufacturing teams to ensure the availability of required materials.
•
Supply Chain Optimization: Work with procurement to expedite and streamline material flow to meet customer needs.
•
ERP Management: Establish and maintain materials in the SAP/ERP system.
•
Purchase Requisition Requests: Initiate and manage purchase requisitions for required materials.
•
Shelf-Life Management: Analyze and process disposition/renewal requests for expired shelf-life materials.
•
Operations Excellence: Actively participate in Operations Excellence Teams to drive continuous improvement.
•
Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking skills to address and resolve production floor issues.
•
Scheduling: Maintain detailed manufacturing schedules to ensure seamless operations.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes.
• Experience with SAP.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with MSP ordering and system maintenance.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing/SCM/industrial.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
