Overview
Primary Responsibilities:
- Marketing representative to internal business units to drive ongoing go-to-market (GTM) efforts of ABM product and service solutions including value proposition development, market segmentation, addressable market sizing, ideal client profile definition, messaging, materials and demand generation campaign strategy.
- Support the launch of high-profile products & services with market, client, and competitor analysis as well as the continuous refinement of the ABM value proposition based on the planned roadmaps.
- Engage internal stakeholders and external consultants in the execution of primary research projects that range from customer satisfaction and NPS to new product voice of the customer feedback, and operational excellence.
- Champion the development of case studies and related materials around solution sets.
- Engage with strategic ABM partnerships on co-marketing and promotion collaboration in support of developing a pipeline of opportunities.
- Analyze ABM’s product and service performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to our Strategy, Brand, Web and agency teams to optimize positioning, messaging, and campaign tactics.
- Support the execution of product management frameworks, analysis and processes that help monitor the health of overall ABM portfolio and facilitate cross selling and segment targeting efforts.
- Ownership and maintenance of product codes being utilized across multiple internal systems to track performance, conduct analysis and uncover insights on the portfolio.
- Educate internal teams and well as collaborate with the Sales organization on new product solution launches and training.
- Team up with the Market Analytics, Salesforce CRM, Campaign Analytics, and Web Analytics teams to gain a better view of portfolio performance across ABM’s industry segments, priority sub-segments and growth zones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Market Research or Data Analytics; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of B2B Product Management or Product Marketing experience.
- 2+ years of market research, marketing planning or strategic analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with analyzing and synthesizing insights from multiple data sources, to understand and convey market needs, customer problems, audience profiles, and developing buyer journeys.
Other Relevant Experience:
- Experience with product management strategy, roadmap planning and prioritization at a portfolio level.
- Cross-functional teaming experience, including demonstrated effective collaboration with product development teams.
- Experience driving and influencing marketing campaigns, brand positioning, naming, and website / digital presence, including working with creative teams and agencies.
- Experience with social media and thought leadership positioning a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM systems is preferred.
- Training or certifications from the Pragmatic Institute a plus.
