What does this role look like?Join Our Team as an
Electronics Engineer where you will lead the AF Minuteman III Depot and Field maintenance support.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:• Coordinate field support teams, assign tasks, follow up to ensure proper engineering disciplines are followed.
• Report and brief the Air Force customer on task status, issues, and completion.
To be effective in this role, you will need:• Expertise on both depot and field support equipment used for the Minuteman III reentry systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault isolation skills
• 9+ years professional experience; 7+ years with Masters degree.
• For this position, an active DOD
Secret clearance or higher is required to be considered, thus
US Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills:• Direct experience with Weapon Storage Areas at Minuteman III operational wings and the AF depot.
• Ability to brief high level government officials on technical challenges and options to resolve issues.
• Good oral and written communication skills are required to deal with complex issues.
• Demonstrated strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, presentation and decision making skills.
• Motivated self-starter who works effectively under tight deadlines.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
