We are seeking the right motivated people, entrepreneurial mindset who is ready to raise the bar and hit their next level. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads by making cold calls and setting appointments for our sales team. This position requires a strong customer service orientation, phone skills, and a passion for sales. This role has the opportunity to join our closing sales team and become a licensed professional once a certain amount of meetings have been set and seen. For this role you will get paid per appointment seen. It is not a salary job, this is an unlimited income potential opportunity with lots of growth and leadership roles.

Duties
- Engage with potential clients through various channels to generate interest in our products and services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Utilize dialer system (Aloware)
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as necessary to nurture leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales
- Phone and cold calling skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English.
- Proficiency in using software tools, particularly CRM systems like Salesforce & Aloware.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving goals.
