What you will do:
- Collaborate with our team to create high-quality front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Implement state management solutions with libraries like Redux, Recoil, or Zustand.
- Develop and maintain applications using modern tools like Vite and Next.js, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
- Ensure seamless integration with JSON APIs for smooth communication between client and server.
- Translate designs from tools like Figma into fully functional and responsive user interfaces.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies.
- Maintain and execute high-quality visual (screenshot) and unit tests to ensure quality across the project.
- Be an advocate for and maintain WCAG AA compliance, keyboard accessibility, screen reader accessibility, and most importantly, usability for all users.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 5+ years of professional front-end software development experience using React and TypeScript.
- Must have some familiarity with WCAG AA compliance.
- Experience with modern frameworks and tools like Vite and Next.js.
- Ability to build scalable, responsive user interfaces.
- Expertise in integrating front-end applications with JSON APIs.
- Experience translating designs from Figma into functional user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
What would be great to have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment frameworks.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Experience with visual testing tools like Applitools, SauceLabs, or Percy.
- Familiarity with API design principles.
- Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or similar.
- Experience building apps with SSR and Backend-for-Frontend patterns.
