What does a successful Proposal Analyst do at Fiserv?
The Fiserv Corporate Analyst Program is a two-year development program with two rotational experiences where you will work with our sales teams covering clients such as merchants, financial institutions, and government entities. The Proposal Operations team is a revenue generator with a tremendous success record with both existing and new clients. This team interfaces and collaborates at all levels of the organization, including the executive level, as RFx (Request For “x”) are embedded in Fiserv’s culture.
We are looking for recent college graduates who have focused on Communications, Journalism, English, Mass Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field and have a strong interest in content development, curation, and editorial review in the proposal process. This program will begin June 23rd, 2025.
You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Military-affiliated applicants encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists).
What you will do:
- Provide draft responses for assigned RFx.
- Ensure proposal responses are compliant and in accordance with client specifications and Fiserv standards and ensure quality control throughout the proposal process under tight deadlines.
- Work across proposal operations, sales, and SMEs to address client RFx requirements and pain points.
- Ensure the Fiserv messaging/themes/value propositions positioned for the deal are reflected in the proposal response.
- Work with SMEs and proposal team to update and rewrite proposal content.
- Create and ingest RFx projects in Responsive.
- Assist with final export and formatting of projects.
What you will need to have:
- Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, Marketing Public Relations, or a related field – no later than December 2023.
- Strong previous internships.
- 3.0+ GPA.
What would be great to have:
- Strong writing experience in original content and editing, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to understand and articulate client’s business requirements to write proposal sections, including information research and synthesis from multiple sources into a cohesive and persuasive final product.
- Strong problem-solving skills with focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with various levels across the organization.
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and a technical aptitude to learn new applications.
