KBR Corporation is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to provide support to the USSF Space Operations Command (SpOC) as a Program Security Representative conducting SAP training, evaluation and coordination. An active TS//SCI clearance is MANDATORY.
The Program Security Representative will work in a dynamic environment and is required to effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, coordination, and execution of Special Access Programs Management Office (SAPMO) training for Space Operations Command (SpOC). To include but not limited to lesson plans, presentations, tests, and scripts to support all aspects of SAPMO functions and responsibilities to support six courses and 120 students per year.
- Facilitate cross-talks with career functional managers and organize working groups with operational units, headquarters, and the SAPMO community to define scope of capability employment. Prepare material supporting the required organizational structure and assure efficient use of resources.
- Have a comprehensive understanding and extensive knowledge of training experience with the desire of knowledge and understanding of SAPMO responsibilities. Provide current and relevant knowledge of training, standardization & evaluation experience in order to apply experience to SAPMO responsibilities with comprehensive mission knowledge. Support training by building, coordinating, and maintaining training and evaluation products including lesson plans, presentations, test, and scripts to support all SAPMO responsibilities.
- Support training/evaluation in accordance with DOD and DAF guidance.

- Travel Requirements: Minimal less than 10% if necessary

Required Skills/Experience:
- BA or BS (or equivalent)
- Previous SAP/STO experience required
- Previous Training/Evaluation experience required
- Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Windows experience and expertise
- Previous SAP experience on a CCMD, MAJCOM, HHQ staff desired
- Be willing to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required
Basic Compensation:
110-120K
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 hours a week
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
