Description:Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Program Proposal Lead Program Manager for a future phase of the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program and will reside within the overall HSWS program management office. This senior level program management position will primarily focus on the future phase contract and proposal development/delivery.
The Proposal PM will interface across the technical teams and functional support including finance, estimating, contracts, planning, etc. and will run the day-to-day business rhythms of the capture process. This PM will also work closely with our subcontracts teams and as required with our major subcontractors to support effective program planning.
This PM will be responsible for aligning future development scope with existing CPS program contracts to ensure schedule integrity and program cohesion.
The PM will be responsible to support the overall HSWS PM team in all cost, schedule, technical execution, and risk management activities for future phase work and will interface on a regular basis with the customer acquisition teams at Navy SSP and other relevant stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:• Cross-functional leadership and collaboration experience
• Prior major proposal management experience
• Experience supporting the integration of large-scale complex program baselines
• Active Final Secret clearance required prior to start
Desired Skills:• Demonstrated role interacting across multiple US government stakeholders with an understanding of the CPS customer community
• General understanding of the Conventional Prompt Strike program and the hypersonics mission space
• Strong experience organizing and leading proposal developments on complex aerospace or weapon system development programs (>$100M)
• Experience developing long range financial plans and managing short-term financial outlooks for a program
• Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience/combined education

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $236,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
