Description: You will be an Items Analyst - Level 3.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Items Analyst - Level 3, you will serve as the principal point of contact regarding efforts to order and status initial spares, replenishment spares and repairs through the ordering systems to ensure delivery within contractual timeframes. You must possess management abilities required to direct redistribute, re-order and coordinate asset movements that optimize the immediate and forecasted program needs. In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide Supply Chain Management, including
provisioning, storage, and transportation of Program
assets.
- Facilitate initial lay in of bit and piece parts required
by non-PBL suppliers contracted to repair or modify
existing assets.
- Generate purchase requisitions for repair action.
- Monitor receipt of assets at source of repair in
order to commence the Repair Turnaround Time
clock (TAT).
- Track and statues repair actions through
completions.
- Prepare and/or coordinates shipping documentation
required to facilitate the move of repaired assets.
- Acquire data associated with each repair action.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Holds a Bachelors degree from an accredited college
including: Supply Chain H3, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Logistics, H3 Information Systems, or Business; OR equivalent experience/combined education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically in a high tempo customer-centered environment.
• Experience with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc. assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers; prepares status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness.
• Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
