THE WORKThe HH-60W Graduate Training and Integration Management System (GTIMS) Registrar and Scheduler reports directly to the Interim Contract Support (ICS) Manager at Kirtland AFB in support of the HH-60W academic and simulator Formal Training Unit (FTU). This candidate will interface with the registrars office, scheduling office, flying training squadrons, and management to meet student throughput. Works with the Training Management System (TMS) to enter or schedule resources, instructors, and student data. Includes enrolling, processing, tracking, documenting, scheduling, graduating students and generating routine reports. This candidate will be responsible for managing MyLearning, knowing and reviewing courseware materials and assigning courseware to students. The candidate will provide input into the Training Management System (TMS)as required. The candidate will manage Air Education and Training (AETC) Major Command (MAJCOM) Syllabus of Instruction (SOI) in the GTIMS database and perform functional testing prior to live implementation. Updates and revises all syllabi in the GTIMS database when additions or modifications are required. CRH POC for GTIMS Helpdesk service tickets. Provide training, orientation and assistance to newly hired personnel as required. Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required by the ICS Manager.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
