What You Will Do
Convey schedule to the customer / Interface with customer to resolve issues
Enter job information into log with regard to safety, environmental and emergency
Record all findings e.g. coolant changes concentrate %, pH, usages and test results
Apply the acquired skills to determine problems associated with coolant management
State / define actions required for correction / Apply recommendations on findings for solution
Maintain tools and equipment / Maintain tank farm trucks / Load and unload trucks / Store materials in appropriate area
Provide building and equipment services to customers. (Trash, carpets, coolants, oils, solvents, etc.)
Clean up oil and water spills
Pump machine sumps (water and coolants) / Clean machine sumps (chips, grit, sludge, etc.)
Procure materials for recycling (cardboard, paper, media, oils, etc.) / Verify scrap/waste for disposition
Access Materials inventory and fill out storage and request forms
Order necessary materials (Use of Bruckner crib system)
Provide informal instruction as needed or requested to other members of the job family
Apply the principals of industrial safety and handling of hazardous materials
Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Must be flexible around shifts for coverage and training, including overtime
Must be able to obtain an Industrial Vehicle license to perform related job duties
Must be able to work from heights of 20 feet or less
Candidate will be working with metal working fluids
Existing eligible and qualified North Berwick site employees will be given primary consideration for this position
Must be able to read, write and speak English

Monday-Thursday 3pm to 1:00am.
This is a S1 level pay grade

Qualifications You Must Have
High School or GED
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with industrial vehicles
Knowledge of lubricants and oils
Hazardous waste knowledge/operations

What is my role type?

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
