Description: You will be the Sr. Administrative Assistant for our Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for driving the success of Lockheed Martin through strategic supply chain management, and we're looking for a highly skilled administrative professional to support our leadership.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Global Supply Chain Director and Senior Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and facilitating effective communication. Your responsibilities will include:
• Interfacing with company executives, senior management, external customers/suppliers, and employees at all levels
• Maintaining complex meeting calendars for multiple leaders and scheduling conference rooms
• Exhibiting sound judgment and superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Screening calls and emails to identify important issues
• Arranging travel (domestic and international), processing complex expense reports, and managing corporate card requests
• Ordering office supplies and providing backup support to other administrative assistants as needed

Basic Qualifications:
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Proficient in SAP Concur.
Previous experience supporting Director Level.
Knowledge of Global Supply Chain/Operations.
Desired Skills:
Communicates well both verbal and written.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
