Description:The Senior Manager of Enterprise Engineering & Technology, Operations Communications helps direct and facilitate the development of key OneLM enterprise engineering and technology and Operations communications plans and campaigns for internal and external audiences; leads employee communications planning, including strategy, positioning and content development to ensure effective communications across the enterprise and helping stakeholders achieve their business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise media relations, brand and reputation management, crisis communications planning, as well as coordinating with communications executives and other functional leaders on high visibility projects.
• Provide senior executives, leaders and managers with communications advice, counsel and recommendations on developing, creating, collaborating and executing effective strategic communications to advance business goals and promote technology objectives with multiple audiences, stakeholders, university and academic leaders, scientists, researchers, engineering and technical influencers; leverage one-way, two-way and multidisciplinary traditional media, social and digital communications platforms.
• Harness strong business acumen and knowledge of internal governance to oversee the planning, preparation, writing and dissemination of information to employees through credible, reliable, and measurable communications programs that support business objectives.
• Establish and enforce standards for quality, consistency, credibility and effectiveness in mass communications.
• Experience using data analytics to generate credible insights and reports about channel and content effectiveness and outcomes.
• Coordinate with communicators across all Business Areas on enterprise and corporate engineering and technology matters, and others as assigned, as well as provide guidance on all employee communicators on measures of effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business area communicators and functional leaders to ensure consistent implementation across the enterprise.

affairs or public relations for defense contractor, government, commercial, academic, public or private advanced research and development, science and engineering organization or technical institution.
•Previous senior communications leadership and supervisory experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $121,300 - $232,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
