About JRealty:
JRealty provides property management services to Landlords with residential and commercial properties in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Our stakeholders include Landlords, Tenants, Vendors, and Employees. We have Enterprise level access. We use Service Cloud, Service Voice Cloud, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, Communities, and more in our Salesforce org. We have Visualforce pages, flows, components, and more. Our departments include Leasing, Billing, and Maintenance.
We just switched over to Consol (from standard) lightning pages. We’re new to Omni-channel and new to Service Voice Cloud. We want help with our community, our Omni Channel, and our Service Cloud feature licenses.

Contract Summary:
In this role, you will work directly with the CEO, and be responsible for understanding and improving existing Salesforce services and processes.
We are seeking improvement all of the following areas:
- Business Analyst
- Experience Cloud Consultant
- OmniStudio Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
