As an Amazon Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our presence on the Amazon platform. This position requires a keen understanding of Amazon's marketplace dynamics, digital marketing strategies, and a proactive approach to driving sales and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging Amazon's tools and analytics to enhance product listings, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize overall performance.
Responsibilities:
Listing Optimization: Implement best practices for product titles, descriptions, images, and other elements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure a seamless customer experience. Work closely with the supply chain team to manage restocking and fulfillment processes efficiently.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for differentiation. Utilize insights to develop strategies that position our products competitively in the Amazon marketplace.
Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Develop reports to communicate performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
Customer Reviews and Feedback: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing customer concerns. Implement initiatives to encourage positive reviews and manage the brand's reputation on the platform.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Amazon Ecommerce Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in Amazon's policies and algorithms.
Education and Experience:
2-3 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field a plus
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
Results-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must be located in Utah
