Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Central Slovakia
Main Responsibilities: The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration equipment on assigned projects. This role provides technical support to clients regarding rented equipment. The position requires extensive knowledge of refrigeration equipment.
Duties:
- Commissioning of rented equipment (scroll and screw chillers, rooftops, and air handling units) for clients.
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining Trane equipment on customer site
- Providing technical support to the company's clients.
- Conducting post-commissioning training for clients on the operation of rented equipment.
- Inspecting equipment after the rental period ends.
- Installing and dismantling equipment at the client's site and supervising subcontractors.
- Coordinating the work of subcontractors.
- Reporting completed work in accordance with company standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service technician for refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to perform diagnostics on refrigeration equipment (chillers, rooftops, etc).
- Technical education (mechanics, refrigeration, electrical).
- Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Basic knowledge of control systems for refrigeration and ventilation equipment.\
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration installations.
- F-gas certification.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with clients.
- High level of responsibility and independence in performing tasks.
- Ability to coordinate various tasks and manage the work of others (subcontractors).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Slovakia
- Valid category B driving license
