客户群体：使用特灵设备的在保客户；
注重对客户的服务，旨在主动管理、满足客户的需求和期望。员工与客户建立相互信任的合作关系，充分了解客户的需求，确认客户所面临的潜在问题和挑战，提供有价值的解决方案，以满足客户需求，提高客户满意度。
关键岗位职责：
- 服务意识：通过“以客户至上”的顾问式服务，赢得客户信任并与客户建立嵌入式的长期服务伙伴关系；以客户满意为宗旨，换位思考，兑现服务承诺；
- 服务行为：通过有效拜访了解并发掘客户的需求，并能基于客户的需求提供对客户有价值的解决方案，以保养续签和出保签回作为首要任务；
- 服务技能：熟练掌握空调系统知识及公司标准服务套餐，根据设备运行状况提供机组运行报告，主动了解客户设备运行状况并提供针对性的解决方案；帮助客户寻找增值服务的机会，向客户建议预防性大修、空气质量管理、空调及机电系统运行管理等常规服务以及延伸价值方案；
- 服务技能：定期了解客户人员变化、客户的满意度和对服务的关注度，了解客户对设备维护标准，如故障率、节能型、服务响应及时性、服务标准化等；了解客户年度预算及审批、新年度预留情况；了解客户的付款习惯和财务状况以及客户合同采购形式，如续约、公开招标等；
- 沟通协调：熟悉运营、技术支持、价格评审、订单管理、配件管理流程，协调内部资源，快速解决客户问题，实现我们对客户的服务承诺；
- 流程管理：熟练掌握服务业务流程，及时完成订单管理、现场施工跟进、施工质量监督、开票、收款及客户满意度跟踪等关键步骤；
- 积极扩大特灵机组的保养续签和出保签约，从而实现服务市场占有率。
任职资格:
- 大专及以上学历，空调相关专业，熟悉办公软件的应用；
- 具备3年以上空调相关行业服务销售经验，熟悉中央空调设备、机房系统、水系统、末端空调系统、控制系统的基本构成特点者；
- 强烈的客户服务意识，认同客户至上的理念。具有抓取、提炼客户需求的意识和能力以及客户服务行业相关成功经验；
- 愿意学习系统化销售管理体系；
- 善于沟通，积极乐观，愿意创新；
- 乐于助人，富有团队合作精神。
