关键岗位职责:
- 与业主、工程总包及机电分包公司进行关系维护,挖掘客户需求,为客户提供有竞争力的主机/末端产品应用方案。
- 深入与设计院的沟通,掌握区域内项目动向,并增加特灵产品在项目中的主动性。
- 按照公司既定策略,积极寻求项目机会,扩大市场覆盖,增强特灵主机/末端产品的市场影响力。
- 收集市场及同类产品信息,帮助公司提升产品性能、质量及应用,并创造积极的客户体验。
- 按照公司的销售流程追踪项目进程。
- 按照公司设定的销售目标完成各项业绩指标,完成项目合同执行及收款工作。
- 定期分析和总结销售工作,并按要求调整工作方向。
任职资格:
- 大专及以上学历,暖通空调、建筑环境与设备工程、机电一体化等理工科专业毕业;
- 3年以上中央空调产品直销经验,有中央空调大型水机系统销售经验者优先;
- 有一定的客户资源(工程总包、设计院及行业类客户);
- 有行业大客户管理经验者优先;
- 工作积极主动,勇于承担,诚信合规,敢于创新;
- 有良好的沟通能力,综合协调能力和团队合作精神;
- 热爱销售工作,追求达成业绩带来的成就感;有弹性,能管理压力及变化;
- 热爱学习并能快速应用新的知识;
- 具备英语读写能力。
