Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support customer experience-focused digital marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in building brand identity and enhancing our online presence through the creation and distribution of digital content on public-facing websites.
The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day website updates and improvements while supporting long-term strategic goals. Additionally, they will lead efforts to analyze and interpret web and customer experience metrics, optimize content and experiences, and assist in creating standard work processes. Collaboration with key stakeholders and partner agencies is essential to ensure our websites align with business goals and prioritize customer experience.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
- Create, build, review and manage website content and pages
- Perform updates and changes in website content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), while ensuring accuracy, quality and adherence to established guidelines and maintaining a keen eye for design
- Work with marketing teams to translate their goals and strategies into web appropriate content and user experiences
- Manage website customer experience tools; track, analyze, interpret, and report metrics, providing recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with the analytics team to organize web data into dashboards, offering insights into the effectiveness of tactics and content in an easy-to-understand format
- Brainstorm innovative ways to enhance customer experience and increase marketing-qualified leads while elevating our brands
- Guide marketing team members in best practices for web page creation, including suggestions to improve landing pages in line with the website design system and authoring best practices
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications/journalism, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Proficiency in website content and design
- Experience working with industry tools, including email, web analytics (Google Analytics), and content management system(s) (Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) required; Salesforce CMS optional, but appreciated)
- Experience integrating SEO best practices into content strategies and tactics
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments; agile mentality
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Critical thinker comfortable with data analysis and interpretation; frequently use data to make recommendations and drive decisions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills focused on achieving business and marketing goals while providing an excellent digital customer experience
- Collaboration with others to foster effective teamwork
- Demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding tangible results
- It is preferred that the individual who takes this role be located near one of our large offices, such as Davidson, NC, or St. Paul, MN, but the Hiring Team will consider additional placement locations. In this role, you will be required to work a hybrid work arrangement.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $70,750-93,750
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
