Job Title
Manager, Global Events
The Manager, Global Events will play a crucial role in the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of client-facing events designed to enhance Fiserv’s brand presence and client engagement. This role is vital in creating memorable experiences that foster connections and drive collaboration across our diverse teams and clientele. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives and brand standards.
What you will do:
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
Foster relationships with internal partners supporting our marketing teams to execute on event strategies.
Collaborate with agency partners to ensure that all event components align with Fiserv’s brand standards and objectives.
Support and enhance all aspects of events outside of client events, collaborating with various event departments to create cohesive experiences.
Leverage technology to enhance all events, ensuring that each touchpoint reflects Fiserv's commitment to innovation and client-centric solutions.
Measure and analyze event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future enhancements.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and best operational procedures at all events.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience
5+ years of experience in event management, specifically large-scale events of up to 500 attendees with emphasis on integrating technology into event planning
What would be great to have:
Experience in event management software and emerging event technologies
Professional certifications in event management, such as CMP
Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms and their functionalities
Experience in budgeting and financial management related to event planning

Salary Range
$85,100.00 - $145,900.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
